More and more people are suffering from sleep disorders in the UK. In 2016, the National Health Service performed 147,610 diagnostic tests for sleep apnea – around double the number of tests they did from 2007 to 2008 (69,919). In a 13-country study on insomnia the UK topped the list with 37% of Brits reporting that they’re not getting enough sleep.
As part of my internship, I have organized a day trip to Yorkshire Dales National Park. On Sunday 25th of March, we went to Malham. That is a small and very popular village in Yorkshire Dales. In this blog, I would like to tell you more about my experience during the trip in this stunning area of the United Kingdom.
On Saturday February 10, I went on a day trip “Castles of Wales” which was organized by Daytripper Liverpool. First I would like to tell you how it goes. You can sign up for the trip by going to the office or via their website and book your seat online. On the day of the trip, there is a meeting point where you can get on the bus. Daytripper Liverpool wants to have everything perfect and they are really kind and funny. You sure will enjoy your day out. I did and I’ve had a day which I will never forget.
