Study Spanish courses in Malaga (Spain)

Malaga is a city that gets better every day! Everyone who comes to visit for the first time in a while comments on how nice it is and every time we show people the city we discover something new. It is in a very exciting phase in its development and a perfect place for your students of all ages.

According to the EU’s EuroBarometer, Malaga is the top city in Spain for quality of life.

The latest development is the fabulous “marina” of Muelle Uno in the port of Malaga – a waterfront development with bars, restaurants and shops overlooking births for luxury yachts with the architectural splendours of Malaga in the background – Cathedral, Alcazaba, Castillo de Gibralfaro and the town hall – truly stunning!

TripAdvisor rates Malaga as number 3 destination in Spain for city breaks.

It is a medium-sized city (around 600,000) and while it has the infrastructures and facilities of a major city, it is “manageable” and tends not to have the problems that can be associated with larger cities. It is also a city where the inhabitants speak Spanish as their first language!

Spanish School in Malaga (Spain)The school is highly academic but you will also have a good time! We produce most of our own textbooks and supplementary materials. The involvement of our senior teachers in these projects creates a stimulating academic environment in the school and is crucial in the provision of the high quality teaching we aspire to.

Our activities department helps our students get to know Malaga and Andalucia, their peoples and traditions and also to have fun while getting to know their fellow students. The programme includes dance classes, tapas tours, cookery classes, walking tours of Malaga, cultural talks, excursions to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and full weekends in Morocco.

In addition to the accommodation in the school itself we also offer selected host families and shared student apartments. Everyone will find accommodation to suit their tastes and pockets.

Malaca Instituto has won the Study Abroad industry Star Award for School of Spanish worldwide 5 times and is therefore one of only 9 language schools in the world to have achieved Super Star status.
