Hola People

Why choose us?

Hola People has as much of a professional commitment to its clients, as a commitment to follow up and support each customer in their journey to explore, discover and learn new languages, as well as a firm commitment to assume responsibility in society as a professional and ethical company that operates in a global and competitive environment.

We want our customers to have complete confidence in our promises, our transparency and the organizational excellence and professionalism of our team and partners. For this reason, we have, over time, achieved several accreditations from international associations.

Our accreditations and partners as an agency are:

WYSE is an International partnership for International mobility and cultural Exchange. Its aim is to facilitate and increase international youth travel and exchange through the promotion of work and volunteering designed to provide young people with a greater knowledge and understanding of other cultures, whilst promoting their personal and professional development and self-financing their stay abroad.

IAPA is the International au pair association.
Its objectives are:

  • Promoting au pair programs throughout the world.
  • Recognition of au pair programs as cultural exchanges and not as work programs.
  • To inform the public of the professionalism of the members of the association.

IAPA has managed to attain a system of self-regulation and has introduced a certain level of standardisation in the worldwide au pair industry. Hola People only works with foreign agencies accredited by the IAPA for the selection of their families, and protects the confidentiality of the profiles of both families and candidates in addition to adhering to a strict ethical code when placing au pairs in Spanish and foreign families, providing support in both monitoring and protecting the welfare of both of the parties involved.

The AEAAF aims to ensure the protection of the rights of each and every au pair, host family and Spanish member organisation, distributing all kind s of information, national and international standards of the program and specific terminology in order to ensure fair rules of competition for the national market. The AEAAF promotes all components of Au Pair Española program (au pairs, families and agencies), in Spain and abroad, representing and certifying its associate members and a national and international level, and working for their well-being.
