Challenging your comfort zone
In this article, you will learn how to go out of your comfort zone. First, we will define what a comfort zone is for you. It is a space, a place, a domain, in which you feel comfortable, you know how it works, the sensations you feel or go to feel are not unknown to you.
Now you will have to ask yourself if in your life, if you have ever been outside your comfort zone. If so, how did you experience this situation, what did it teach you about yourself or about this unknown area? Does that make you want to do it again? Have you started again? If you haven’t had the chance to leave your comfort zone or even had the courage to do.
So, you will know that this is a great opportunity to leave it. Are you going to say why? Because simply, if you step outside your comfort zone, if you learn something new, your comfort zone will simply be greater, and you will feel in your comfort zone in situations that you have previously disturbed. We know that the human born by nature lazy. But you’re going to have to change your habits, do things differently. The most well-known comfort zone is for food. We always tell the child to taste before saying I don’t like it. The child will say no most of the time because he has a choice with something he loves. So, he’s not going to take the “risk”, that’s why you must get them used to always tasting everything when they’re young.
In short, if you want to learn about yourself, if you want to learn new things, if you want to live your dreams, if you want to get out of your usual lifestyle then don’t hesitate any more and take the risk of doing something new for yourself.
