Customer service position in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam)


A customer service driven person with outstanding communication skills is required in the cosmopolitan city of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City)

Key Tasks & Outputs:

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones


  • Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field (if any)
  • Ability to work flexible hours (if any)
