Internship position available in Bilbao, Spain

 

If you have an Erasmus+ (or any similar internship programme) scholarship placement, and would like to do it in Spain, we are looking for an enthusiastic and active candidate to work in a Spanish company in Bilbao, Vasque Country (Spain).

The company, HodeiCloudiHodei, operates in the IT industry, offering a variety digital services: websites, social media management, SEO, CRM/ERP, and Virtual Desktop, among others.

The schedule will depend on the programme, but typically (for Erasmus+) the trainee will work 51/2 hours a day, 5 days a week.

 

Possible Key Tasks & Outputs, depending on the candidate’s profile:

General administrative tasks, such as copywritting, sending emails, researching for information, preparing presentations and reports, accountancy.
Social media management: Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Website development, mainly with WordPress.
• Graphic design and marketing tasks, where the candidate has the corresponding skills.
Collaboration in the creation and execution of communication strategies.
• To develop promotional videos, where the candidate has filming and editing skills.

 

Requirements:

• Completed or studying the Career, Formación Profesional -Professional Training- or equivalent.
• Minimum basic level of Spanish. A more advanced level is a plus.
• Active and positive mentality.
• Honesty and commitment.

Monitoring plan:

The trainee will be supervised on a daily basis by the mentor as they will work side by side.
Apart from daily team meetings, there will be a weekly meeting with the mentor to discuss the progress, performance and concerns of the trainee.

 

Evaluation plan:

A number of objectives and goals will be discussed and set at the beginning of the programme.
The trainee will participate in choosing such targets. These will be evaluated during and at the end of the period.
