Museum of Liverpool
A general museum about the history and great cultural milestones of Liverpool. Of course the
Beatles and other pop rock icons of the 60s are included. Additionally, the museum has numerous
audio stations that narrate and guide you around the exhibits. This is one of the most famous
museums in the city and offers one of the best views of the River Mersey.

Maritime Museum
The Maritime Museum offers exhibits on the important past of the city around Albert Dock, as it
was one of the most important ports in the world for navigation and trade. Showing the history of
the Lusitania, the ship that caused the entry of the United States in the First World War world, and
the infamous Titanic.

International Slavery Museum
This museum also around the Albert Dock, tells the never heard stories of some of the thousands of
slaves who left the ports of England to the American colonies. It journeys through the history of
slavery to the present day.

Walker Art Gallery
This museum offers a variety of sculptures, paintings, sculptures, and decorative art from the
thirteenth century to the present day. All its rooms are adapted to the audio guides that can be
purchased at the entrance for a small fee.

Liverpool War Museum
This museum reveals several places, documents and unknown articles from the two World Wars.
Rooms showing military strategies of the British government and many more secrets.

As its name suggests, the museum plunges into the history of The Beatles, from their beginnings in

Tate Liverpool
Situated at Albert Dock, this prestigious museum is one of the most important in England outside
