Did you know that the word e-learning was coined back in 1998?
A little earlier than that, in 1995, only approximately 4% of US corporations used online learning. In 2017, this had increased to 77%, and 98% planned to incorporate it in their program by 2020 (source: eLearning Industry, Small Business Trends)
Little they know that, when this year came, those intentions would turn into an actual necessity. Now, practically, or they are online, or they are out!
Moreover, the worldwide e-learning market is projected to be worth $325 Billion in 2025, says Forbes magazine.

Before we understand how important they may be, we talk first about the difference between a mentor and a coach. So, a mentor is a person who has already been where you want to be. So, he can be just one, two or three steps ahead of you. He doesn’t need to be an expert already, although this can be a plus but more complicated to find. If it is already several steps ahead. This will be enough because he can help you in the steps he goes through and make it feedback that can help you.
He can give you a map, the steps to follow to reach that point. It could be very useful because you gain time on research and the mistake he did before you could do. Now the coach, who is a person that doesn’t tell you what to do, but through questions makes you realise what you need to do in your life or for your goal.

What is effective communication?
Effective communication is the kind of communication between two or more persons where the message is properly encoded and it has been sent through an appropriate channel, that will allow others to correctly understand the message.
Simply enough we say the communication has been effective when all the parties communicating understand and interpret the message in the same way.
So it all turns around the effectiveness of delivering, receiving and, understanding.
